DNV receives contract for offshore wind farm in South Korea

Elenergy, a South Korean renewable energy company, has given a contract as owner’s engineer to Norwegian classification firm DNV for its Chujin fixed-bottom offshore wind project. As per the agreement, DNV will be in charge of the pre-front-end engineering design and will support contractors during the final design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operating stages of the project.

DNV advises the development phase for solar project in Indonesia

DNV served as the Lender’s Technical Advisor during the development phase of Indonesia’s first-ever floating solar PV project at Cirata Reservoir in West Java. Masdar and PLN, Indonesia’s state-owned electricity company, have now partnered to form PMSE. The 145 MWac Cirata floating PV project will be one of the largest in Southeast Asia once it is operational.
