EDF Renewables North America and Clean Power Alliance (CPA) have signed a 15-year power purchase agreement (PPA) for the Desert Quartzite Solar-plus-Storage project. The project entails a 300 MW solar project, with an additional 600 MW battery energy storage system. The project is expected to begin the delivery of clean electricity to the Alliance’s customers across Los Angeles and Ventura counties in February 2024.

Waaree Energies has completed the delivery of 300+ MW solar modules for CIM Group’s Aquamarine 250 MW solar photovoltaic project,  based in the United States. SGH2 signs world’s largest green hydrogen offtake deal

The waste-to-hydrogen company, SGH2 Energy has announced that it will supply 3,850 tonnes of green hydrogen annually to two of California’s largest owners and operators of hydrogen refueling stations under a ten-year contract. The deal represents the first and only long-term green hydrogen off-take agreement thus far globally. The plasma-enhanced gasification plant is scheduled to open in 2023 and will be owned jointly by SGH2 and the city of Lancaster.
