Actis has agreed to acquire Klara Renewables from CVC DIF. Klara Renewables is a 171 MW operational onshore wind portfolio located in Poland. The portfolio also offers around 275 MW of hybridisation potential through co-located solar PV and battery energy storage. The portfolio also has a long-term target of 1.5 GW of renewable capacity.
The portfolio comprises six operational wind projects supported by contracts for difference through 2038-39, including three projects in Wielkopolska, two in Kujawy-Pomorze, and one in Podlasie, all powered by Vestas turbines. The acquisition expands Actis’ renewable energy presence in Central & Eastern Europe, complementing its 2.3 GW Rezolv Energy platform across Romania and Bulgaria which was launched in July 2022.
In March 2026, Actis completed the sale of Orygen, a power generation company in Peru, to Grupo Romero through an affiliate managed by InfraCorp, the group’s energy and infrastructure investment platform. Orygen is a power generation platform in Peru with an installed capacity of 2.3 GW. Its portfolio includes wind and solar assets accounting for 28 per cent of capacity, hydro representing 34 per cent, and thermal gas contributing 38 per cent.
