The European Commission has approved a €780 million state aid scheme to support up to 400 MW of green hydrogen production capacity in the Netherlands. The funding will be awarded through a competitive bidding process by early 2027, with selected projects receiving 10-year variable per-kilogramme subsidies. The scheme will also provide direct grants covering up to 80 percent of eligible investment costs for selected green hydrogen projects.

The Government of Indonesia has unveiled plans to develop a 194 km Green Hydrogen Corridor linking Jakarta, Karawang and Patimban as part of its strategy to accelerate the transition to a low-carbon economy and strengthen national energy security. The supply will be on a captive, long-term take-or-pay basis from LTEGL’s proposed production facility in Gujarat, India.
