Doral Renewables has entered into a power purchase agreement (PPA) for its 270 MWac Lambs Draw solar project located in Decatur County, Kansas. Under the agreement, an unnamed major US-based corporate offtaker will procure the entire electricity output of the project along with the associated renewable energy credits. The transaction was facilitated through LevelTen Energy, a clean energy procurement platform, that acted as the marketplace operator connecting the developer and the buyer.

The Lambs Draw solar project is situated within the Southwest Power Pool electricity market. Additionally, the project builds on the developer’s ongoing engagement with local stakeholders in the region, including agricultural landowners and community institutions. Moreover, the project is anticipated to generate several hundred construction-phase jobs for local and regional workers.

In October 2025, Doral Renewables executed a PPA with an unnamed corporate buyer for a 430 MWac utility-scale solar project in Texas, covering 75 per cent of the project’s energy output and 100 per cent of the associated renewable energy credits. The project is expected to generate over 1 million MWh of electricity annually from facilities located in Schleicher and Tom Green counties.
