Entech Energy & Services has reached an agreement with TotalEnergies Renouvelables France to acquire a portfolio of 41 ground-mounted solar projects with a cumulative capacity of about 159 MW. The projects are located across 30 departments in Metropolitan France and are at different stages of development, with commissioning planned between 2026 and 2029.
The acquired portfolio reportedly includes nine projects totaling 31 MW that already hold building permits and are in advanced phases, five of which have secured CRE call for tender and are ready for construction. A further 21 projects with a capacity of 76 MW have building permit applications under review. Furthermore, the remaining 11 projects, with a total capacity of 52 MW, have secured land rights and completed preliminary studies, allowing them to move into the instruction phase.
In July 2025, Entech acquired a portfolio of solar projects under development with a cumulative capacity of around 100 MWp for €1.4 million. This solar portfolio, reportedly acquired from an unnamed global energy sector player, includes agrivoltaic and ground-mounted plants located across central and southern France.
