Nadara has closed approximately €1.2 billion of refinancing for the pan-European platform. The financing covers the operational wind and solar photovoltaic portfolio with a combined installed capacity of 1.5 GW. The refinanced portfolio comprises 34 onshore wind farms and 13 solar PV plants and spans across Italy, the UK, France, Spain, Sweden, Norway and Finland.
In May 2026, Nadara signed a 10-year hybrid power purchase agreement (PPA) with Trafigura for 434 MW of renewable energy capacity in Spain. The agreement covers power generation from five solar PV farms and six wind farms. The PPA includes output from Nadara’s hybrid sites at Esquileo, Dehesilla I & II, San Lorenzo C & D, along with the operational La Dehesica wind farm.
In October 2025, Nadara started construction of a 205 MW solar hybridisation project in Spain. The project spans five sites in Valladolid and Palencia (Castile and Leon) and will be co-located with Nadara’s 202.5 MW operational wind portfolio. Once completed, the combined solar and wind complex will have a total installed capacity of over 400 MW.
