OEG Renewables (OEGR) has entered a partnership with the Sojitz Machinery Corporation (SOMAC) for offshore wind development in Japan. Both the companies have signed MoU for providing pre-construction, construction, operations and maintenance and vessel services for projects. Furthermore, the partnership will leverage OEGR’s expertise in offshore energy solutions and SOMAC’s local capabilities and resources.
SOMAC is a trading company which deals in the full range of the industrial machinery sector. The company’s operations encompass the export, import and trading of plants, equipment, materials and machinery across a range of industries. It also offers functions essential for introducing equipment and launching overseas operations.
