OX2 has acquired three onshore wind projects in Romania from Future Power. These three projects, with a cumulative capacity of 235 MW, are located in Vaslui and Vrancea counties. All are expected to be commissioned between 2028 and 2030, subject to the permitting progress.
Furthermore, OX2 will continue to develop wind projects in the Romanian regions that have strong wind conditions, including Constanța, Brăila, and Galați counties. With this acquisition, OX2’s portfolio in the country now exceeds 1.1 GW, covering nine onshore wind projects. These include 195 MW under construction and 766 MW in the development pipeline. Additionally, the portfolio incorporates 150 MW of solar and battery energy storage systems (BESS) projects.
In November 2025, OX2 assumed ownership of the Dinner Hill wind farm project in Western Australia. The wind farm, located in Dandaragan Shire, is planned to have a capacity of up to 1.2 GW and is expected to supply clean electricity for around 763,000 homes. It is also advancing the co-located 100 MWh Harvest BESS project designed to store up to four hours of energy.
