PAD RES Group has completed the sale of operational solar projects to Çalık Renewables in Poland. The solar projects include the Sztum and Stargard projects, located in the Pomeranian and West Pomeranian regions. The projects have a combined installed capacity of 255 MW and a combined annual generation exceeding 270,000 MWh.
Furthermore, the output generated from the project is sufficient to meet the annual electricity demand of more than 90,000 households. PAD RES Group will continue providing asset management services for the projects following the transaction. The companies have also signed a cooperation agreement for the development of energy storage projects and wind farms using cable pooling in Poland.
In April 2026, Qualitas Energy acquired a portfolio of nine operational solar plants in Poland with a total capacity of 376 MWp. The portfolio generates over 400 GWh annually, supplying electricity to approximately 210,000 households. The assets were purchased from a joint venture between Better Energy Holding A/S and Industriens Pension. The projects were developed and built by Better Energy and became operational between 2021 and 2024.
