Qualitas Energy has acquired a portfolio of nine operational solar plants in Poland with a total capacity of 376 MWp. The portfolio generates over 400 GWh annually, supplying electricity to approximately 210,000 households. The assets were purchased from a joint venture between Better Energy Holding A/S and Industriens Pension. The projects were developed and built by Better Energy and became operational between 2021 and 2024.

Furthermore, the plants are connected to distribution system operators including Tauron, Energa, and Enea. Qualitas also plans to add battery energy storage systems to the assets. Revenues are supported by a mix of long-term contracts for difference and power purchase agreements with industrial and investment-grade offtakers. Qualitas Energy’s portfolio in Poland now exceeds 600 MWp of solar PV capacity, including both operational projects and those under construction.

In January 2026, Qualitas Energy acquired a 91 MW wind energy portfolio from PNE AG in Germany. The portfolio includes three wind farms under construction totalling 40.6 MW across Rhineland-Palatinate, Hesse, and Brandenburg, along with rights for three greenfield projects in Hesse totaling 50.4 MW. The projects are expected to supply clean electricity to more than 60,000 households after completion.
