Macquarie closes $3 billion Green Energy Transition Fund
Macquarie Asset Management has announced the final close of the Macquarie Green Energy Transition Solutions Fund (MGETS), securing more than $3 billion in total fund and co-investment commitments. It is Macquarie’s first fund dedicated to energy transition investments, targeting opportunities beyond mature renewable projects. MGETS has around 12 investments finalised and over 65 per cent of its capital committed.
