Hy2gen secures approval for renewable ammonia project in Norway
Hy2gen Nordic AS, a subsidiary of the global renewable hydrogen producer Hy2gen, has received zoning approval from the municipal council of Sauda, Norway for the Iverson renewable ammonia facility at the Birkeland industrial site. The project includes a 270 MW electrolysis plant powered by hydropower and is designed to supply renewable ammonia to the maritime sector.
