Actis has launched Leo Energies, its fourth renewable energy platform in India. The platform targets a portfolio of over 3 GW of onshore wind, solar and battery energy storage system (BESS) assets. The platform has signed agreements to acquire approximately 650 MWp of operational solar capacity across Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh.

Furthermore, approximately 160 MWp of generation capacity and 50 MWh of BESS projects have already been closed. This includes 110 MWp of solar capacity and 50 MWh of BESS acquired from TrueRE Oriana Power. The projects are backed by long-term power purchase agreements with central offtakers, state discoms, and commercial and industrial customers.

In September 2026, Actis launched Yeltica Energy, a greenfield renewable energy platform in Mexico. The platform targets more than 2 GW of solar, wind and battery energy storage system (BESS) capacity. The platform is anchored by three solar-plus-storage projects awarded under Mexico’s first Mixed Investment Tender by the Comisión Federal de Electricidad.
