Deriva Energy has closed approximately $540 million in financing for the Sullivan County Power Project in Indiana. The project is a 350 MW solar power project currently under construction in Sullivan County. The financing will support the continued development and construction of the project. Financing was arranged by Deriva Energy’s Capital Markets team and includes commitments from five banks: Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), DNB Bank ASA, Mizuho Bank Ltd., National Westminster Bank PLC, and Wells Fargo Securities LLC.

Earlier in October 2026, Deriva Energy announced the closure of $280 million in financing to support the construction of the Frontier energy storage project, a 302 MW standalone battery energy storage system in Kay County, Oklahoma. Once completed, the project will be the largest battery storage facility in the SPP region.

In October 2025, Deriva Energy, along with its joint venture partner Manulife Investment Management, announced an agreement to sell an operational solar portfolio of 833 MWdc to Clearway Energy, Inc. TD Securities served as the exclusive financial advisor to Deriva Energy and Manulife Investment Management for this deal.
