Enefit Green’s subsidiary Enefit Green sp. z o.o. and Polish RES Global Investment sp. z o.o. Partner for green energy transition in Poland. According to the Development Service Agreement, Enefit Green sp. z o.o. will buy 100 per cent of development rights in various early-stage onshore wind projects in Poland.

Furthermore, the agreement covers 8 separate early-stage onshore wind projects with a planned total capacity of up to 360 MW. The construction of these projects is anticipated to commence around 2028, and they are expected to become operational no earlier than 2030. As per current projections, once finished, the projects will either operate based on market conditions or through a power purchase agreement to be determined when the investment decision is made.

Approximately €80 million is anticipated to be invested, covering both the acquisition expenses of the project and additional development costs required to ensure all projects are prepared for construction. The payment schedule for the acquisition costs is contingent upon reaching specific development milestones outlined in the agreement and meeting relevant grid standards.
