Exus Renewables North America has acquired four utility-scale solar projects in Louisiana and Wisconsin from ibV Energy Partners. The projects have a combined capacity of 715 MW and include the 310 MW Maple Grove Solar 1 and 2 projects in Wisconsin, and the 125 MW Bayou Teche and 280 MW Bayou Chicot projects in Louisiana. Exus will develop, construct and operate the projects, which are expected to approximately double its renewable energy portfolio. The projects are located in regions witnessing rapid growth in data-centre demand and electricity consumption.
In September 2026, Exus Renewables North America completed the repowering of the Highland North and Cambria wind projects in Pennsylvania. The projects have a combined capacity of 136.6 MW, bringing Exus’ owned wind capacity in the state to 306.9 MW. The Cambria project has a capacity of 61.6 MW, while the Highland North has a capacity of 75 MW, with both projects located in Cambria county. Vestas supplied the wind turbines for the project, while JMS Energy served as the balance-of-plant contractor.
In March 2026, Exus Renewables North America was selected by Nuveen Infrastructure to provide asset management services for three utility-scale solar projects in Texas totalling 437 MWdc. The projects include the Project Sol, Project Crown and Project Files, which are located across Falls, Chilton and Hill counties, respectively. Exus will provide integrated technical oversight, financial performance monitoring and long-term operational management for the projects.
