JUWI, a subsidiary of MVV Energie AG, has signed an agreement to sell the Clover portfolio in Greece to Mirova, an affiliate of Natixis Investment Managers. The Clover portfolio, which JUWI Hellas developed, covers four utility-scale solar projects with a combined capacity of 156 MW, located in the regions of Kozani and Grevena in Northwest Greece. Construction for the portfolio is planned to start in November 2025.

Following the completion of the sale, JUWI will take on the role of the engineering, procurement, and construction contractor, as well as operations and maintenance (O&M) contractor, for all the projects. JUWI will manage the full technical scope, including technical design, procurement of equipment, and construction activities. After commissioning, the company will also oversee ongoing O&M.

Furthermore, the projects collectively span 257 hectares and will utilise 243,500 bifacial modules, over 480 string inverters, and 9,100 single-axis trackers. Once operational, the portfolio is projected to produce over 300 million kWh of electricity annually, sufficient to supply power to more than 75,000 residents. Karatzas & Partners served as the legal counsel for the transaction.

In April 2025, Juwi Energie Rinnovabili transferred a portfolio of eight authorised solar projects in Northern Italy to Kelag Italia. The portfolio has a combined expected installed capacity of around 50.5 MW. L&B Partners S.p.A. acted as financial advisor for the transaction.
