Revolve Renewable Power has signed the final interconnection agreement with Comisión Federal de Electricidad for its 130 MW EL24 Wind Project in Tamaulipas, Mexico. The project has also received its environmental permit from the Secretariat of Environment and Natural Resources (SEMARNAT). Additionally, the project has already secured the final generation permit from Comisión Nacional de Energía, Mexico’s renewable energy regulator.

The project was among the only five wind projects nationwide which have been granted a generation permit in the recent procurement process. Next steps in the project include final engineering, turbine optimisation, and evaluating financing, partnerships, and monetisation options. Ready-to-build is targeted for late 2026, with commercial operations expected to begin in 2028.

In February 2026, Revolve Renewable Power signed a secured convertible credit agreement worth up to $40 million with Callaway Capital Management. The facility includes an initial $10 million draw at closing, subject to customary conditions. The financing will support the development of Revolve’s approximately 3 GW portfolio of utility-scale and distributed renewable energy projects.
