MEAG, on behalf of Munich Re, has completed the sale of its minority stake in two onshore wind farms to Ardian. Both the wind farms are located in Texas, US. The wind farms include the Horse Creek wind project and the Electra wind project. The wind projects have a combined installed capacity of 460 MW. The wind farms have been operational since 2016.

In July 2026, MEAG acquired from iCON Infrastructure Partners IV, L.P. a 49.78 per cent stake in the South East London Combined Heat and Power waste-to-energy plant, located in south-east London, United Kingdom. The Co-owner and operator of the facility is Veolia.

In May 2026, Ardian, through Ardian Clean Energy Evergreen Fund (ACEEF) acquired two operational solar photovoltaic plants in Uruguay. The projects have  a combined capacity of 76 MWp. The acquired assets will be managed by AGR-AM, with OPTA providing data analytics to support operational optimisation and value creation.
