PNE Group has announced the sale of a 250 MW photovoltaic (PV) project in South Africa to an unnamed independent power producer. The project, located in the Free State province, is currently under development. Following the sale, PNE South Africa will continue to support the investor by providing project development services until the project reaches financial close.
Earlier in September 2026, PNE Group announced the sale of the Karolew wind farm project in southwestern Poland. The project, being developed by its Polish subsidiary, PNE Polska, will comprise 21 wind turbines with a total installed capacity of 153 MW. PNE Polska will continue developing the project until it reaches the ready-to-build stage, which is scheduled for 2029, with commissioning planned for 2031.
In August 2026, PNE Group announced the sale of two wind farm projects, Wulfsdorf A in Schleswig-Holstein and Kuhstedt III in Lower Saxony, to a group of private investors. The two projects have a combined planned capacity of 45 MW.
