Axpo and McDonald’s have entered into a ten-year power purchase agreement (PPA) for the supply of up to 83 GWh of solar energy annually. The electricity will be sourced from Axpo’s newly developed solar complex located in the municipalities of Villadangos del Páramo and Cimanes del Tejar, in the northwestern province of León. It is a 200 MWp facility consisting of four photovoltaic plants, each with a capacity of 50 MWp.

Cleantech Solar has entered into a second long-term agreement with Coats Group plc for a rooftop solar project in Indonesia. As per the agreement, Cleantech Solar will develop and operate a rooftop solar project at Coats Rejo Indonesia’s facility in Pasuruan, East Java. Zelestra has commissioned three solar plants, Belinchón I, II and III, in Castilla-La Mancha, Spain, with a combined capacity of 162 MW. The projects are located in Cuenca and were completed within 14 months by the company’s EPC team.
