Horizon Capital has completed the initial closing of its reconstruction-focused Horizon Capital Catalyst Fund and announced the financing of supporting Notus Energy’s 124 MW wind power project in Ukraine’s Odesa region. ENGIE has signed a 10-year biomethane purchase agreement with PepsiCo UK. Under the agreement, ENGIE will construct a new anaerobic digestion facility in northern England with an annual biomethane production capacity of 60 GWh. OX2 has completed and transferred the ownership of the 455.4 MW Lestijärvi wind farm in Finland to a consortium comprising Kymppivoima, Oulun Energia, and Kuopion Energia. JERA Nex bp has agreed to acquire EnBW’s stake in the Mona offshore wind farm and has entered into a lease agreement with The Crown Estate for the project.
